JMPC was appointed in late 2017 to undertake the Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) of four large commercial sites and this work involved the survey of all site grounds, perimeters, etc and the production of PMI Reports for almost seventy five individual buildings of various sizes and use over a period of three months.
The surveys identified all current issues, prioritised the repairs required and made specific and general recommendations for each site and the various buildings.
In addition, the existing AutoCAD site wide drawings were updated to include renumbering and categorising all buildings, site boundaries, etc.
