JMPC has carried out the Condition Survey of the substantial three storey building as per the photograph above. This building is located adjacent Castlecourt shopping centre in central Belfast and comprises four separate commercial units at ground floor level with two separate occupants at first and second floor levels.
The report is due to be complete and submitted to the client by the end of June.
