New Development – 10,000m2 Factory

JMPC was appointed to prepare preliminary concept drawings, design images including a 3D aerial presentation, budget costs and a programme for the proposed new factory indicated on the drawings along side.

Should this project progress JMPC hope to be appointed as designer, quantity surveyor and project manager for the entire scheme.

Note that some of the images above indicate options for two 10,000m2 factory units, which was one of the preliminary options considered.
