JMPC is appointed by a large commercial business to design and project manage the provision of new bases for machines to be located within the existing factory to comprise the formation of concrete foundations including piling. The finalised base design was 36m long x 10m wide x 1m deep. JMPC appoints the following sub-consultants;
- Structural Engineer – SDD Ltd, Lisburn
- Health & Safety – Hasco Europe, Newtownards
Work commences immediately on the following.
- Production of detailed outline budget costs
- Production of a detailed programme for the works
- Production of design drawings for sign off
- Tendering
- Submission of a Building Control Application
